II.Reflection

Text to Self:
This relates to me in the way that I have missed important events because of unexpected things happening. I missed several baseball games because of errors in scheduling and not being able to find the field. I was not able to attend the carnival that comes to Georgia because I never had any time after school. I can sympathize with Robert Cook's feelings about missing the Super Bowl.

Text to Text:
This relates to something I read about a student who never missed a day of school until he was forced to miss a day because of his health. Like Robert Cook, he was unable to go to something that he had attended for years without missing because of him getting sick. Having not missed something for so long is a great achievement. That student and Robert Cook are a lot alike in the way that they are completely devoted to something.

Text to World:
This affects the rest of the world in the way that people feel that Robert Cook is an inspiration for other people. He inspired people to continue to work hard and do what they need to do everyday. The rest of the club sympathizes with him missing the Super Bowl and so does the world. This shows other people that determination and will allows people to stay with something for many years without fail.
