II. Reflection

Text to Self:
This relates to me in the way that soem of the radiation from Japan could make it to the United States. California and other West Coast states would be hit the most by the radiation but the other states probably won't be affected. People in the West are buying iodine pills and gas masks to protect against radiation. Japan needs to quickly stop the radiation leaks to prevent further irradiation.

Text to Text:
This relates to a book that I read about the atomic bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima during WWII. The area around the blast area was irradiated for years and caused problems for the people and animals. The same thing is happening in the nuclear power plant but the Japanese government is trying to stop the problem from getting any worse. If Japan can stop the reactors from melting down then they will be able to go back to normal.

Text to World:
This affects the rest of the world in the way that the radiation is going to spread around the world. China and other eastern countries will be the most hard hit by the radiation. While countries in Europe and North and South America will not be affected that much by radiation. Japan needs to stop the radiation before it affects the entire world and devastates their country.
